Although cinematography and photography are not the same, I am a better cinematographer because of my photography background. Being able to frame subjects, pay attention to lighting, and the overall look and feeling of a picture, are all things photography and cinematography have in common. I have use these skills to make to make extra income creating content for brands/companies. Taking pictures of products, places, and people is something I also enjoy doing.
